Tesla Experience Center Delhi: इलेक्ट्रिक कार बनाने वाली मशहूर कंपनी टेस्ला (Tesla) ने आखिरकार दिल्ली में अपना पहला एक्सपीरियंस सेंटर (Experience Centre) खोल दिया है. सोमवार को लॉन्च हुए इस सेंटर में कंपनी ने अपने ग्राहकों के लिए सुपरचार्जर भी लगाए हैं, जिससे टेस्ला गाड़ी के मालिक मौके पर ही अपनी कार चार्ज कर पाएंगे. यह सेंटर राजधानी के एरोसिटी (Aerocity) इलाके में वर्ल्डमार्क 3 (Worldmark 3) नाम की बड़ी कमर्शियल बिल्डिंग में खोला गया है.

यह टेस्ला का भारत में दूसरा एक्सपीरियंस सेंटर है. इससे पहले कंपनी ने मुंबई के बांद्रा कुर्ला कॉम्प्लेक्स (BKC) में पिछले महीने अपना पहला शोरूम लॉन्च किया था. दिल्ली और मुंबई दोनों ही जगहों पर कंपनी ने ऐसे बिजनेस हब चुने हैं, जहां अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर के कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस, एयरपोर्ट और दूतावास मौजूद हैं.

सेंटर की खासियत
दिल्ली का टेस्ला एक्सपीरियंस सेंटर लगभग 8,200 वर्ग फुट में फैला है. यह सिर्फ गाड़ियां बेचने की जगह नहीं, बल्कि एक ऐसा अनुभव केंद्र है जहां संभावित ग्राहक खरीदने से पहले टेस्ला की गाड़ियों, उनकी टेक्नोलॉजी और फीचर्स को अच्छे से समझ सकते हैं. यहां गाड़ियों की टेस्टिंग, चार्जिंग टेक्नोलॉजी, सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट और टेस्ला की पूरी इनोवेटिव फिलॉसफी का अनुभव कराया जाएगा. कंपनी का मकसद है कि ग्राहक सिर्फ कार खरीदने से पहले ही नहीं, बल्कि बाद में भी बेहतर सुविधा और सर्विस से जुड़ा अनुभव प्राप्त करें.

टेस्ला ने अपने दिल्ली एक्सपीरियंस सेंटर में चार V4 सुपरचार्जर लगाए हैं. ये चार्जर बेहद तेज़ी से गाड़ी चार्ज करने की क्षमता रखते हैं. कंपनी का कहना है कि आने वाले समय में दिल्ली-एनसीआर क्षेत्र में तीन और सुपरचार्जर स्टेशन बनाए जाएंगे. इनमें से एक सुपरचार्जर गुड़गांव के डीएलएफ होराइजन सेंटर में लगाया जाएगा. सुपरचार्जर नेटवर्क टेस्ला की सबसे बड़ी ताकत मानी जाती है. अमेरिका और यूरोप में यह नेटवर्क पहले से ही काफी मजबूत है. भारत में इसके आने से ग्राहकों को लंबे सफर में भी चार्जिंग की चिंता नहीं रहेगी.

आफ्टर सेल्स सर्विस पर भी जोर
टेस्ला सिर्फ शोरूम खोलकर नहीं रुकना चाहती, बल्कि वह भारत में सर्विस कवरेज बढ़ाने की भी योजना बना रही है. कंपनी ने लॉन्चिंग के दौरान यह साफ किया कि आने वाले समय में दिल्ली और अन्य शहरों में कई तरह की सर्विस सुविधाएं शुरू होंगी.

इनमें शामिल हैं-
1.    मोबाइल सर्विस: छोटी-मोटी मरम्मत के लिए कंपनी की टीम सीधे घर या ऑफिस पहुंचकर समस्या दूर करेगी.
2.    रिमोट डायग्नोस्टिक्स: गाड़ी के सॉफ्टवेयर और टेक्नोलॉजी से जुड़ी दिक्कतों को ऑनलाइन ही हल किया जाएगा.
3.    ऑफिशियल सर्विस सेंटर: बड़े रिपेयर और चेकअप के लिए कंपनी अपने अधिकृत सर्विस सेंटर बनाएगी.
4.    थर्ड-पार्टी रिपेयर सेंटर्स: कुछ चुनिंदा ऑटो रिपेयर सेंटर्स को टेस्ला की ओर से अप्रूव किया जाएगा.

इससे ग्राहकों को भरोसा रहेगा कि उनकी गाड़ी का सर्विसिंग अनुभव सुरक्षित और असली टेस्ला पार्ट्स के साथ होगा.

भारत में अभी सिर्फ टेस्ला मॉडल Y
फिलहाल कंपनी भारत में सिर्फ एक ही कार बेच रही है. टेस्ला मॉडल Y (Tesla Model Y). इसके रियर-व्हील ड्राइव (RWD) वेरिएंट की शुरुआती कीमत 59.89 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) है. वहीं लॉन्ग रेंज RWD मॉडल की कीमत 67.89 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) से शुरू होती है. मॉडल Y का स्टील्थ ग्रे एक्सटीरियर और ब्लैक इंटीरियर बिना किसी अतिरिक्त शुल्क के उपलब्ध है लेकिन अगर ग्राहक गाड़ी के लिए अलग कलर या सफेद इंटीरियर चाहते हैं, तो उन्हें 95,000 रुपये से 1.85 लाख रुपये तक अतिरिक्त खर्च करना होगा. कंपनी का कहना है कि भारत में टेस्ला मॉडल Y की डिलीवरी 2025 की तीसरी तिमाही (July–September 2025) से शुरू होगी.

कहां-कहां खरीद सकते हैं गाड़ी?
वर्तमान में टेस्ला मॉडल Y सिर्फ दिल्ली, गुरुग्राम और मुंबई में खरीदने और रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए उपलब्ध है. हालांकि कंपनी आने वाले समय में भारत के अन्य बड़े शहरों में भी एक्सपीरियंस सेंटर और शोरूम खोल सकती है.

भारत में टेस्ला का भविष्य
टेस्ला का भारत में लंबे समय से इंतजार किया जा रहा था. इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल सेगमेंट में अभी भारतीय कंपनियां और कुछ चीनी ब्रांड ज्यादा एक्टिव हैं लेकिन टेस्ला के आने से मार्केट में बड़ा बदलाव आ सकता है. भारत सरकार भी इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कई तरह की योजनाएं चला रही है. ऐसे में उम्मीद है कि आने वाले वर्षों में टेस्ला यहां अपने दूसरे मॉडल्स जैसे मॉडल 3 और मॉडल S भी पेश कर सकती है.
